Fair if plans change
Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead or if the accountant doesn't arrive. Weekly bookings can get a replacement.

What is Accountee?
Accountee is a Mumbai marketplace where businesses book a verified accountant to work on-site at their office, by the hour. You choose a Junior, Senior or Executive accountant, the hours and the dates; the accountant comes to your office and works on your computer and software.
How much does an on-site accountant cost in Mumbai on Accountee?
A Junior accountant costs ₹250 per hour, a Senior ₹450 and an Executive ₹700. Each price is the accountant fee plus Accountee's platform fee. GST is not charged while Accountee is not registered under GST; once registered, it applies only to the platform fee. Junior and Senior visits are at least 3 hours; Executive visits at least 2 hours.
Which areas of Mumbai do you serve?
Accountee currently serves offices in Bandra Kurla Complex (400051), Nariman Point (400021), Fort (400001) and Andheri East (400069). You can save addresses elsewhere, but bookings there open only when we start serving that PIN code.
When do I pay?
Only after a verified accountant accepts your request. If nobody accepts within 48 hours, the request closes and nothing is charged.
How do I know the hours were actually worked?
Each visit starts when the accountant enters a code shown in your account and ends when they enter a second code that you share after reading their work log. Codes expire after 10 minutes and lock after 5 wrong tries.
How are the accountants checked?
Every accountant's PAN, Aadhaar and bank account are verified, and they pass a practical test and a supervised trial visit before Accountee approves them.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours before a visit for a full refund. Within 24 hours, the accountant keeps 50% of their fee for that visit and the rest is refunded. If the accountant doesn't arrive, you get a full refund.
Can an Executive accountant file my GST or TDS returns?
An Executive accountant prepares the returns. Filing, digital signatures and statutory sign-off stay with you or your chartered accountant.
